1. Based on the mechanism of forming NOx (forming NOx mechanism and fuel NOx mechanism) during the course of burning of fuel to form NOx, to control the NOx content in fume.

2. Muti-channel low NOx discharge burner can make the NOx consistence in fume greatly decrease, 40-60% lower than normal, by applying feedback result to indicate that the NOx content in fume at end of kiln normally is 350~400ppm, about 50% lower than ordinary value 800ppm which have reached the advance level in international.

3.the shape and length of flame for Muti-channel low NOx discharge burner can meet the requirement for calcining technics and temperature distribution in rotary kiln, and the shape and length of flame can be adjusted.

4. the temperature of flame can be controlled, that is the top temperature can be controlled, therefore to prevent the material over-burning, to make the kiln avoid forming ring block.

5.muti-phase burning and mixing burning can be adapted, also can be used sole burning in single-phase fuel.

4.Q: How can I get to your company?

A:We are located in Zhengzhou City, China.

You can get a flight to Xinzheng International Airport.We will go to airport to pick you up. It takes around one hour from airport to our office.
